Features

Everything that moves the needle, in one place

Built for Amazon sellers who are done stitching together five tools and a dozen exports.

Flagship

Search term intelligence

See exactly which search terms earn their spend and which drain it, with performance tracked over time across your marketplaces. Know the moment a term stops converting and move the budget where it works.

Profit analytics

True net margins after Amazon fees, PPC spend, COGS, and returns, broken down per product, per marketplace, per day.

PPC optimization

Surface wasted ad spend, harvest converting search terms, and keep ACoS on target with recommendations you can act on.

Inventory & restock alerts

Demand-based restock forecasts that account for lead times and sales velocity, so you reorder before you stock out.

Buy Box monitoring

Alerts when you lose the Buy Box, when a hijacker jumps on your listing, or when pricing puts margin at risk.

Review & listing health

Monitor reviews, ratings, and listing changes across your whole catalog, and catch suppressed or degraded listings before they cost you sales.

How it works

From authorization to answers in a day

No migration project, no data team required.

  1. Connect Seller Central

Authorize StackCore once through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API. No passwords change hands, and you can revoke access at any time.

    About 2 minutes
  2. We build your baseline

We backfill your history, map your catalog, and build your reporting around the terms that actually drive your category.

    Within one day
  3. Act on what matters

Every morning you get the short list: what moved, what it cost you, and the highest-leverage thing to fix today.

    Every morning
Why StackCore

Decisions in minutes, not weekends

The same Monday morning, run two ways.

Without StackCore
  • Nine marketplace reports, exported and stitched together by hand
  • Margins living in a spreadsheet that went stale the day you built it
  • You notice the Buy Box slipped because sales dipped
  • A search term quietly stops converting and nobody catches it for weeks
  • Restock quantities set by gut feel and last month’s numbers
With StackCore
  • One view across every marketplace you sell in, always current
  • Net margin per ASIN after every fee, ad dollar, and return
  • Buy Box loss flagged in minutes, with the reason attached
  • Search term shifts surfaced the day they happen, not the quarter
  • Restock forecasts built from real velocity and supplier lead times
FAQ

Questions we get before the first call

How much does StackCore cost?

Pricing depends on catalog size, marketplace count, and how much history you want backfilled. We quote it on a short call so you are not paying for tiers you do not need. Get in touch and we will put real numbers in front of you.

How does StackCore access my Amazon data?

Through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API, using an authorization you grant in Seller Central and can revoke there at any time. We never ask for your Amazon password, and we only request the permission scopes the features you use actually require.

Is my data safe?

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest, access is restricted to the people who operate the service, and we follow Amazon’s Data Protection Policy for third-party developers. We never sell or share your data. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How long does onboarding take?

The Seller Central authorization takes about two minutes. Backfilling history and building your reporting baseline usually completes within a day, and we walk you through the first review personally.

Which marketplaces do you support?

North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia, with combined reporting across every region you sell in, so a multi-marketplace brand sees one number, not nine exports.

Ready to see your business clearly?

We onboard every brand hands-on. Tell us about your business and we’ll walk you through exactly what StackCore can do for it, pricing included.
